During my travels last year I took photos of different people in different places wearing a mix of the Travel scarves + sarongs. People from all different places and walks of life and languages. It was a nice way to get to know a complete stranger from somewhere else, push beyond the language barriers and from this met some truly beautiful people. đź’›

I travelled to Sardinia then Florence and then travelled up to Cinque Terre, Manarola, Rapallo, Portofino and Camogli. Camogli was one of my favourite places, very relaxed and didn't hear anyone else speak English. Then went up to Milan and flew to Balearic islands of Mallorca and Ibiza, special places.

We did a small photoshoot with Paula Ortega and Alejandra Martin and captured some early morning magic in Mallorca.

In Ibiza I met up with Agustina and her son Coral and took photos of the two of them on a small beach on the quiet side of the island. Agustina and her partner lived on a boat and sailed the Mediterranean before she became pregnant with Coral and they came back to Ibiza. Coral the super cute 2 year old, living up to his name and loved playing in the water. Agustina is a psychologist and works in human design, something I've been more and more interested in. After we the photos we sat on the beach and spoke about human design, synchronicities and timings. It was amazing that somehow I found her a couple days before I arrived in Ibiza for a short time and were able to shoot 2 days later.

The next day I flew to Bordeaux and met up with my partner and some friends. We picked up our 6.8 meter long RV and hit the road heading north to the Basque Coast. We travelled to Hossegor, Biarritz (a favourite), Guéthary and then stopping into Mundaka as we got into Spain. A beautiful spot, which in winter the waves can be massive and rolls from the small church all the way into the beach.

We travelled on to San Sebastian a few other small towns and cut across to Nazaré in Portugal. Was pretty wild seeing one of the biggest waves in the world in Summer a mere 3ft, being there you can imagine how insane huge it would be and the amount of water moving.

A beautiful trip meeting so many different people, listed below of featured People Around The World Wearing Atlas.
