Mai’a Lele, a native Hawaiian Banana. I connected with Gabe from Hawaii Banana Source a banana plantation in Hawaii. He shared details of this local banana and importance to connect to it as it’s not typically cultivated as much as the other types. The artwork almost resembles a stamp like composition, bringing in the colours of Hawaii.
